Quality Control Lab

Quality control & assurance lab catering needs of all sections of the plant to ensure quality of chemicals produced. This integrated lab has following functions:

  • Provide compliance documentation and reports to customers on demand.
  • Retain samples of each lot for re-inspection as per given shelf life.
  • Pre-dispatch checking of all products.
  • Inspection of all packing materials used in production.
  • Testing support to develop new products and recipes.
  • Managing 3rd party testing as per customer requirement.
  • Analyze all incoming raw materials either local or imported with respect to specifications and RSL monitoring.
  • In-process products and intermediates testing to meet final specifications of products.
  • Complete Data logging and monitoring in company software and spread sheets.

This is essential to ensure that every step of production is being monitored to ensure product quality and batch reproducibility.
