Our lab is equipped to perform all major tests of chemicals on fabric with various methods of industrial acceptance. The equipment includes, Continuous pad-steam, Curing machines, Laundrometer, HT dyeing machine, Horizontal & Vertical padder, Nu-Martindale, Spray rating and Air penetration tester, ICI pill-box, Tear-tensile strength tester, Washing machines and sewing machines etc.

QC Laboratory
With a view to ensure the best quality and consistency of our products, a quality contntrol laboratory has been set up. The laboratory has been carefully equipped with the latest equipment and technology to enforse stringent quality parameters.
QC Laboratory
The quality laboraory carefully examines all the purchases raw materials to ensure compliance to a predefined values of parameters. Only those chemicals are accepted with meet the basic standards laid down by our quality engineers.
QC Laboratory
To ensure consistency of quality of our finished products, each production lot is checked by quality lab to ensure minimum batch to batch variation. A batch is cleared for customer delivery only after it is passed by QC.

The RnD Lab has two latest pilot plants which are used to gradually upscale a production recipe before it can be taken to the full scale production on the production floor.
